El FIAT 500 L es un coche versátil, polivalente y original, basado en el FIAT 500 primigenio su carrocería voluminosa se acerca al concepto de monovolumen pero sin dejar atrás el estilo de la gama 500.

Al analizar el exterior del 500L nos damos cuenta de que sigue siendo un vehículo de cotas reducidas que no llega a contar con la desproporcionada anchura o longitud de muchos coches familiares.
En cambio al entrar nuestra percepción se ve alterada y nos encontramos en un espacio luminoso, amplio y bien aprovechado.
La sensación de estar en un coche de más de 4,50 m es notable, sobre todo gracias a su gran superficie acristalada y su altura.

El estilo clásico domina en un interior sin alardes de lujo pero con buena disposición
El interior de éste pequeño gran familiar está cuidado al detalle, con buen ajuste de materiales pese a la calidad de éstos y un confort óptimo gracias a sus decentes asientos, que recogen bien el cuerpo y tienen un buen mullido.
La disposición de los mandos del volante es correcta y la pantalla central se encuentra en una posición muy buena.
Un detalle que nos regala FIAT en el 500L es el pequeño espejo central destinado a controlar la segunda fila, especialmente si hay niños o mascotas.
La segunda fila es muy cómoda, su verticalidad nos ayuda a tener buen espacio para las piernas y, como en la fila delantera, sus asientos son cómodos y con un buen mullido cubierto de tela negra.

Su motor 1.2 diésel rinde unos suficientes 95 cv que empujan con fuerza para mover sus casi 1.300 kg.
El bloque está asociado a una caja de cambios robotizada que al principio de su uso puede resultarnos extraña ya que su funcionamiento está a caballo entre una caja automática y una manual. Sus tiempos son idénticos a los de un manual pero con la comodidad que da una caja automática.
El tarado de suspensión es blando y absorbe las irregularidades del firme de la ciudad y sus neumáticos tienen un tamaño adecuado, ya que su perfil garantiza una rodadura eficiente y con poca sonoridad, y como plus al ser de tamaño estándar nos ayudará a ahorrar unos euros.

El más puntero en tecnología de la gama, contaba con todo tipo de asistencia a la conducción como control de crucero, luces automáticas, sensor de lluvia, asistente de aparcamiento, navegador, sistema multimedia de 7 pulgadas con Bluetooth, Apple Car Play y Android Auto y climatizador.
El habitáculo desprende aires del pasado y el diseño está cuidado sin desprender lujo, son materiales justos pero con una terminación muy correcta, se combinan plásticos del color de la carrocería, en éste caso azul brillo, con negros rugosos instalados en superficies amplias y redondeadas las cuales giran en torno a la pantalla central y a los relojes.

Aprueba en todos sus apartados e incluso su motor se comporta muy bien pese a su caballaje limitado, pero no he conseguido sentirme a gusto del todo con su transmisión, habría ido más cómodo con un sistema manual convencional, pero eso es solo mi opinión personal.
FIAT ha creado un coche completo y por un precio bastante ajustado.
