Tras probar hace unos meses el Serie 2 Active Tourer de BMW hemos decidido probar la versión de este monovolumen bávaro en su propuesta “hibrida” e-Drive como lo denomina la marca. Es por ello que nos ponemos al volante del BMW 225xe 2017, acompáñenos a ver qué nos depara este monovolumen alemán.

Comodidad, buenos acabados y con una buena carta de presentación a nivel de emisiones.

En cuanto a su motorización no podemos elegir más que esta de 224 cv que a simple vista nos dice que puede ser un coche muy iPerformance, no obstante este modelo nace para satisfacer a los clientes con petición de espacio y comodidad en sus viajes con la familia o amigos.

Como era de esperarse, en el interior del 225xe no hemos encontrado nada que pueda restar puntos, excepto por el opcional de las dos mesas tipo “avión” que van en la parte trasera que al momento de usar sillas para niños, puede verse perjudicado el espacio en general… en todo lo demás encontramos buenos materiales y una combinación en esta unidad muy acertada.

El espacio de maletero con mas de 450 litros hacen de este coche un monovolumen muy atractivo, ya que sus dimensiones generales no le hacen ver como un coche con grandes dimensiones de capacidad. Es por ello que muchas veces las apariencias engañan y en este caso ha sido para bien.

El BMW 225xe tiene un comportamiento ideal, muy equilibrado. Al ser un monovolumen no podemos pretender una conducción deportiva, pero su tacto en dirección y configuraciones hacen que puedas llegar a sentirte cómodo en cualquier trayecto.

Una de las impresiones más destacadas ha sido el como baja el combustible cuando usamos sólo el motor de combustión con los 7.8 litros a los 100 kms que marca pareciera que este coche es un devorador de gasolina, pero en parte es debido a sus 35 litros de capacidad “al igual que nos pasó con el Mini Híbrido enchufable” , la autonomía de las baterías al 100% no nos subió más de 35 kms, y la marca homologa unos 42 kms, el comportamiento general de reserva, uso y regeneración de la carga ha sido excelente, en nuestros tramos pudimos llevarlo a buen término de autonomía general.

Estos coches híbridos enchufables pasarán por un tiempo complicado, muchos de ellos serán incomprendidos seguramente porque el tener la opción gasolina pero con apenas 35 litros de capacidad puede resultar frustrante para muchos que acostumbrados a tener 900 o 1000 kms de autonomía general, verse con un coche así con apenas 500-600 kms de autonomía podrán directamente descartar este tipo de coches, pero deben probarlo y cambiar el chip de conducción. Además lo veo como el paso intermedio para podernos ir adaptando a los futuros cambios en el mundo del motor cuando “en teoría” nos olvides de coches diesel y gasolina, cosa que aún estará por verse. BMW 225xe buen modelo para quien quiera comodidad, calidad y un consumo contenido cero emisiones.
