Una moto que parece que viene del futuro creada por una marca que muchos desconocemos. Eso es lo que algunos pensarán de la trail de Zontes, un diseño rompedor que combina aleatoriamente curvas y esquinas con colores llamativos y mucha tecnología.

Puede parecer fría y con el único ánimo de vender mucho a una clientela que quiere todo por poco dinero. Y, ¿es eso posible? En esta prueba intentamos encontrarle el sentido y la practicidad a la T2 310, el modelo más polivalente de Zontes.

Estética rompedora combinada con una capacidad trail inmejorable en el segmento

Un de los puntos fuertes de este modelo es su diseño, con mucho detalle y formas casi imposibles. Viene presidida con un gran faro horizontal y alto con tecnología led en el que integra parte de sus intermitentes, tenemos otro para en el carenado. 

Este faro queda coronado con una pantalla cortavientos con acción eléctrica de regulación en dos posiciones, todo un detalle, que nos tapará bien del viento si medimos menos de 1,75 m

Pasamos a un carenado que cubre bien las piernas y protege un depósito de 19 litros. Contamos con barras de protección de carenado y un cubrecárter algo insuficiente ya que deja los colectores al desprotegidos. 

El asiento es de doble altura continuado con un mullido muy confortable para el piloto y algo más corto y duro para el acompañante. 

Por último, en la zaga, vemos una parrilla al más puro estilo BMW y en su parte inferior el piloto trasero led con unas formas muy rectas y agresivas. 

El porta matrículas se ha decidido situar con fijación en rueda para dejar al aire la bonita rueda mixta de 160 de anchura. El último toque “Zontes” lo ponen en el lateral derecho, donde vemos una salida de escape doble con un diseño bastante italiano y sofisticado.

Su diseño potente y robusto engaña y nos puede hacer pensar que es una moto torpe y pesada, no es así ya que no supera los 160 kg llena y la altura de su asiento situado a 830 mm nos hacen muy sencillo su conducción por ciudad. 

Cuenta con una distancia entre ejes muy corta que nos permite buena maniobrabilidad en calles angostas y entre coches.

Por lo tanto, se trata de una moto perfecta para el uso en ciudad, podremos ir a trabajar en ella con una muy buena protección aerodinámica gracias a su pantalla regulable en altura y una ergonomía que nos adapta a sus musculosas formas de carenado y depósito para ofrecernos comodidad y ligereza. 

El funcionamiento del sistema de suspensiones cuenta con horquilla invertida con buen recorrido en la parte delantera y un amortiguador monoshock en la trasera que absorbe muy bien las irregularidades y facilitan la conducción por vía urbana.

Para los frenos confían en un disco de 300 mm delante y otro de 240 mm en la trasera, ambos con accionamiento hidráulico y ABS firmado por Bosch. 

El consumo durante la prueba en ciudad se asemeja mucho al de su hermana custom, rondando siempre los 3,5 litros a los 100 km

Pese a su motor de 310 centímetros cúbicos, la T2 nos pide guerra, más guerra que sus hermanas. Su depósito de 19 litros de capacidad junto a su bajo consumo nos asegura una autonomía de más de 550 km y si pensamos en su ergonomía y comodidad nos plantearemos seriamente viajar con ello bien lejos.

El motor rinde de maravilla, son 35 caballos muy bien aprovechados que mueven con soltura los 159 kg de forma contundente, acelera bien, mantiene velocidad de crucero relativamente relajada y a la hora de hacer frente a trazados con curvas podremos disfrutar mucho gracias a la ligereza del conjunto.

Esporádicamente podremos atravesar caminos de tierra con soltura ya que sus neumáticos son mixtos, la suspensión es suave y tiene recorrido suficiente y la forma del depósito permite ir de pie sin cansarnos demasiado. 

Siempre tenemos la sensación de llevar una moto robusta y capaz de todo sin acordarnos de que monta un solo cilindro de 310 CC o que no llega a los 40 cv.
