El mundo de los coches eléctricos está en momento muy delicado, cada marca tiene en sus objetivos poder ofrecer al público alternativas “reales” de un coche 100% eléctrico, pocas son las que realmente se han unido a esta aventura y una de ellas es Volkswagen con su legendario Golf, estamos al volante del Volkswagen e-Golf 2017.

Compacto con todo lo bueno del Golf y ofreciendo una alternativa 100% eléctrica.

Quizás es una ventaja poder ofrecer un modelo tan legendario con buenas cifras de ventas y sólo adaptar todo un sistema eléctrico, pero más que una ventaja es un riesgo porque realmente ofrecer estas alternativas de coches a dia de hoy es toda una aventura, pero el e-Golf promete al menos estar presente en los primeros lugares de las listas de modelos a elegir.

Que puedes esperar de un Volkswagen, un interior con buenos materiales y bien rematados, con un diseño prácticamente idéntico generación tras generación guardando una sobriedad muy “cuadriculada” propia del grupo que prefieren mejorar antes que hacer cambios muy grandes.

En los asientos encontramos un tapizado algo justo para ser un coche de 38.000€, sí lo se es un coche eléctrico novedad+pocos competidores= hago lo que quiera. O al menos es lo que nos da a entender la marca con este planteamiento. Un salpicadero increíble en orden y acabados, la pantalla TFT 9.3 pulgadas con una resolución increíble ofrece todo el infoentretenimiento a buen uso, el control gestual si os soy sincero no le veo utilidad alguna.

Si os digo que estamos ante un Golf puro y duro quizás no me creéis, porque os esperáis un coche distinto, si yo tambien me lo esperaba y quitando el silencio de su funcionamiento, sólo me queda un poco de balanceo en algunos tramos de curvas que no es propio de un Golf.

El puesto de conducción es muy confortable y te haces con todos los sistemas de manera fácil e intuitiva. En consumos pudimos obtener desde 9.8 kW/100km hasta unos 18-19 kW/100km, la media homologada es de 12,4 kW/100km llegando así a una autonomía justa de 270 kms aproximadamente, “en algunos momentos con el 100% de la batería, nos ha marcado 310 kms de autonomía”.

La pegada de aceleración desde cero es un tanto lio, siempre patina las ruedas delanteras, el torque hace que este coche no tenga una aceleración muy fina, seguramente deberán ajustar electrónicamente este punto y así mejorar esta situación. Igualmente si no abusas del pedal quizás ni lo notes.

El Volkswagen e-Golf cuenta con tecnología moderna e intuitiva para todos los traslados en el coche. Los sistemas de infoentretenimiento permiten hablar por teléfono mientras conduces, acceder a información actualizada sobre el tráfico o utilizar el sistema de navegación. Además podrás usarlo para escuchar tu música.

El tapizado de la unidad que probamos cuenta con una calidad un poco justa, en opcional podremos acceder a un tapizado en cuero que ya podrá elevar más la calidad percibida en el interior. Los materiales en general así como los remates son de buena calidad.

Si quiero pasarme a lo eléctrico y que no difiera mi percepción de un coche para el día a día, el e-Golf entrará en tus planes seguro, su competencia más directa es el Nissan Leaf son ambos coches compactos pero que son muy diferentes en estilos. Los 38.000 € que cuesta el e-Golf más las ayudas que puedes obtener por su compra, me parece a mi que no será una mala inversión, siempre y cuando no te moleste el diseño de llantas.
